We hope you will attend a breast examination if you have noticed a change in your breasts, but you may also come to the clinic if you just want a check-up.
We definitely expect to see women who belong to the risk group, i.e. women who have a history of breast cancer in their family. If necessary, you will be referred for an advanced breast examination such as a mammography or an ultrasound examination.
We encourage women who were born in the years chosen for the breast cancer screening this year to take part in the examination that has been organised by the Health Insurance Fund, without waiting for a referral.
