Aerobics with therapy balls can help to eliminate or prevent back pain, as well as tension in the pelvis caused by an excess strain on the muscles. Regular participation in the class, even during the last months of pregnancy, will give you good relaxation and breathing skills for childbirth and will prepare you for a faster postnatal recovery.
Sharing music and the company of others like yourself can make you feel cheerful and charge you with positive energy.
Each class lasts for 60 minutes. You can change your clothes in the dressing room that is situated next to the cloakroom and leave your personal belongings in a locker.
Dress comfortably. Our yoga mats are available for use and shoes are not necessary.
