Water makes expectant mothers feel that their bodies are pleasant and light. Exercising in the water also helps to develop all the muscles, improve the movement of joints, stimulate the work of the respiratory organs and regulate the heart rate. The water massages the whole body, improves digestion, improves metabolism, stimulates blood flow and normalises blood pressure. Additionally, the relaxing effect of water can reduce stress.
Regular water aerobics can help to maintain and improve a woman’s stamina, balance and coordination of movements. Water will also makes otherwise impossible exercises (e.g. jumps) possible by supporting the body and resisting movement.
Each class lasts for 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class in order to dress and have a proper wash.
